1. What does "vintage" mean for your products?

Vintage refers to clothing that is at least 20 years old and has a particular style of the respective era. Secondhand clothing means used clothing that is not necessarily old enough to be considered vintage. You can also find this with us, as we want to give every item of clothing a chance at a new home.

2. What condition is the clothing in?

Our clothing is categorized into four different states:
As New / Very Good / Good / Wearable.
In the product description of each item you will find information about the condition of the garment, as well as a description of the respective grades. Any defects in the garment can be found under the pictures of the item.

3. How can I be sure that the size information is correct?

Since vintage and second-hand clothing often follows different size standards, we measure each item individually and provide the exact measurements in the product description. Under "Measured size" you can see if the item fits you. If you want to know more precisely, you will find a size chart at the bottom of each product description on which our measurements are based.

4. Are your clothes washed?

Yes, all clothing items are washed thoroughly before being sold. In some cases (depending on the item) soap is also used to remove stubborn stains. If a stain withstands the cleaning process, it will be noted as a defect under pictures of the item.

5. How long does shipping take?

Delivery time varies depending on your location. Typically, domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days. International deliveries may take longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

6. How do you determine the prices for your items?

Prices are based on condition, rarity of the item, brand and demand for the item. We strive to offer fair and competitive prices.

7. How can I be sure that your items are authentic?

We guarantee the authenticity of all items. Our team carefully checks each piece to ensure that it is an original branded product.


8. What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

If you have any technical difficulties or problems during the ordering process, please contact us. You can contact us with your problem in the main menu under "Contact". We will respond as quickly as possible and find a solution.

9. Can I return or exchange items?

Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. For more details, see our Return Policy.

10. How do you handle returns that are sent back in poor condition?

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. If an item is returned damaged or in an unwearable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or only refund a partial amount.

11. Why do the colors of the items vary in the photos?

We try to display the colors as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to different screen settings.

12. How sustainable is your business?

Second-hand and vintage purchases are an environmentally friendly choice as they extend the life cycle of clothing and reduce waste. We also strive to use sustainable packaging materials.
